With over 40 years of experience as CEO of multiple companies within the medical field, Rick Seager has experience working with hospitals, behavioral health care, and psychiatry, and has successfully recruited and retained multiple C-suite executives.

Rick currently serves as a board member of CNB Bank where he is also Chair of the Executive Compensation Committee. He is also on the LECOM Health board and is involved with Hospice in Warren County.

Tricia Durbin has 30 years of experience as an expert in finance and has served in multiple roles within non-profit organizations. She is also the Director of Finance for both a hospital and a large behavioral health agency.

Diversifying her experiences, she has been a CFO for a private exploration and production company of oil and natural gas for 11 years. Tricia also serves as a Warren Country Commissioner and is a board member of multiple local organizations including the Salvation Army, the United Fund, EpERIEance Inc., Warren-Forest Economic Opportunity Counsel, and is an ex-officio of the Warren Visitors Bureau.
